Cultivating more equitable doorways for the people of Whitaker and the surrounding areas in North Carolina.
The Hill Family Farm and Education Center has been active since 2008. It has advocated for wellness. The center has also focused on education and food access opportunities for our community. Our 20+ acre farm in Whitaker, N.C. serves as a gathering place, outdoor classroom, and local market for all to enjoy. We’ve provided agricultural, nutrition and fitness, STEM, and entrepreneurship training to youth, seniors, and the community at large.
We are frequently organizing programs and events. Some of our programs are listed below. We recommend that people follow our Facebook page to stay up-to-date on our latest activities.
