Career Readiness Program

Teaching our young people valuable skills for a successful career. STEM instructor Mr. Sly Hill – Retired Aerospace Tool Maker Engineer

At the Hill Family Farm Education Center, we love the opportunity to help teenagers find worthwhile career paths and passions. The Career Readiness Program does just that, with a curriculum designed to teach students practical skills in the agriculture field while earning high school credits. We also help participants find internships in their chosen career field. As a result, we’ve helped many teenagers find good jobs after finishing this program.

Who can join? We partner with local schools to identify students who would be a good fit for our program, but our doors are open to anyone who wants to enroll.
